The Healthy Lifestyles Fitness Training Program (HLFT) is a commitment to CHANGE . . .

To this end, the training staff at Los Gatos Fitness endeavors to educate, inspire, and encourage each member client to embrace this CHANGE in a manner that is consistent, predictable, and results-oriented. Our goal is to create a healthier YOU.

So . . . are you ready to CHANGE?

There's a different beginning for each individual who enters into this program. But the one constant is that you must be willing to:

Commit to a healthier Lifestyle on a more consistent basis

And the good news is - the HLFT program works! This program is a commitment to health and fitness that any individual is seeking to adapt into their lifestyle.

The adaptation of fitness to one's lifestyle does not come to a halt after a specified period of time or attainment of a certain goal. The HLFT is designed and delivered so that the client is successful in continuing the program for fitness for life! Throughout this program, changes will be made to what the individual is capable of - both mentally and physically.

HLFT professionals teach the specific protocols of exercise applications that focus on reducing life threatening diseases and the reversal of three primary chronic diseases:

  • Type II Diabetes
  • Osteoporosis
  • Cardiovascular Disease

HLFT protocols are driven by:

  • specific exercise activities
  • nutritional counseling
  • stress management techniques

Metabolic Benefits

The results of each personal workout are carefully monitored to enhance the endocrine hormones and metabolic factors.

  • Increase Growth Hormone
  • Reduce Visceral Fat
  • Increase Bone Density
  • Reduce Risk of Heart Attack
  • Reduce Inflammation
  • Lower Cortisol Levels
  • Reduce Fall Rate
  • Improve the Immune System
  • Reduce the degenerating aspects of aging

To schedule your Fitness Assessment and learn more about HLFT, please contact Mary Burks at mburks@lgac.com or (408)354-5808.
