"I work with a trainer at Los Gatos Health & Fitness and while I was in decent shape, I wasn’t focusing enough on my diet so my weight was actually increasing. After all, three maple iced jelly doughnuts for breakfast are always better than two! A couple days after I joined the program, I did the usual 2000 kilometer row during my training session. Normally I am exhausted and have to stop in the middle, but this time I managed to complete the distance. Stabilizing my blood sugar has brought my weight down (I've lost 45 pounds and am 5 away from my goal), but I’ve also noticed a big difference in my workouts.
