About me: I was born in San Jose where I grew up playing every competitive sport imaginable; health and fitness have been my life and my passion for as long as I can remember. As a gymnast, I could tumble before I could walk. In high school, I played soccer, ran track and field, and discovered my favorite sport of all time: volleyball. I received a full scholarship to play at a Division 1 University and during these four years, I learned a whole new level of health and fitness, specifically high level sport nutrition and conditioning. I love being active and can't imagine my life any other way. I also like to be outside as much as possible, whether I'm cruising on my bike, going for a run, playing volleyball on the beach, or even training a client! So if you're looking to burn fat, put on muscle mass, excel in your sport, or simply get healthier, give me a shout- I'm already excited to help!
