My philosophy on exercise is that exercise should be a part of our everyday life, just like brushing your teeth or fixing your hair. It helps you to push yourself beyond your limits in the gym which can translate to your everyday life. Exercise is a great stress reliever and can help you to reach your optimum health.

2 years football, 8 year basketball, 5 years track and field. I like to snowboard, have been working out for 10 years, dancing, bowling, hiking, running, camping, pretty much anything active. I'm a really big fan of movies and will watch just about anything. Enjoy being with friends and family and meeting new people.
