The Spinning® Program at Los Gatos Fitness uses the top of the line Spinner® NXT bikes from Star Trac, a high performance and fully adjustable stationary racing bicycle. The fundamental techniques and positions presented have been carefully selected to ensure a safe, fun and effective workout for every student, regardless of fitness level. This non-impact high-energy adventure will take you through hill climbs, sprints, jumps, pacing and interval training -- all on your stationary bike.

Spin Director, Patty LevisOur top-notch instructors, invigorating music and visualization come together to make Spinning® class both fun and effective. If you've ever left a group exercise class feeling frustrated, you'll appreciate that there are no complicated moves to learn with the Spinning program. Regardless of how fit, flexible or coordinated you are, you'll get a great workout. Simply hop on your bike, set the resistance to the level that's right for you, and let your instructor guide you through an incredible ride.

Every class is a little different, but one of the great things about the The Spinning® Program is that it is adaptable to your fitness level. Remember that there's no competition. Listen to your body and adjust the resistance on your bike accordingly.

If you're a first timer please arrive 5 minutes early and let your instructor know. He or she can make sure your bike is properly adjusted and give you a rundown on the The Spinning® Program's five core movements and program fundamentals like heart rate training that will help you burn more calories, increase your strength and improve your overall fitness.

If you are looking to burn calories, nothing compares to a Spinning® workout. Think about this: a typical Spinning® class will get you burning as much as 600 calories! Take advantage of our complementary Spinning® classes taught by our enthusiastic Spin staff. Come ride with us!

DROP-IN FOR SPINNING CLASSES
Are you interested in Spinning only, or just want to check out the Spinning Classes before purchasing your membership? If so you can pay a one-time class fee of $10 or buy a pass of 10 classes for $80. Our normal reservation system applies and use of the rest of the club is not permitted. Come check out our awesome Spinning Classes. See the class schedule for days and times.
